Maria José Zueco Peña is a partner at Ramón Hermosilla & Gutiérrez de la Roza and concentrates her practice in corporate and real estate law. She has successfully represented the interests of a number of national and international companies in the areas of real estate, contracts and general corporate, as well as in the areas of corporate litigation and commercial arbitration. She has extensive experience in complex cross-border merger and acquisition transactions in the real estate and industrial sector and in project finance and acquisition transactions in the aviation sector. Maria José got her J.D from Zaragoza Law School (1994) and collaborates as a faculty member at the private law department.
