María Jesús Dehesa Pérez completed a Degree in Law at San Pablo CEU in Madrid. She holds a Masters in Community Law, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid (ICADE). She joined Bufete Ramón Hermosilla & Gutiérrez de la Roza in 1990 and was named partner in 2002. Her experience and practice as a lawyer have focused on Corporate Law, providing legal advice of various kinds to different national and international companies in relation to corporate law, securities markets, contracts and specific operations (joint ventures, alliances, acquisitions, IPOs, etc.), in contentious issues examined in judicial and in arbitration channels. She holds the post of Secretary and/or Legal Counsel on the Board of Directors of various corporations. She belongs to the Madrid Bar Association. Languages: French and English.
