Luis Llanes Garrido studied Law at Universidad Complutense (Madrid), graduating in 1991, and holds a Master in Tax Law and Counselling. He entered into the Judicial Career in 1996, working at the Courts of Pola de Lena until his promotion to Magistrate in 2001. He served as Magistrate in the Courts of Baracaldo, Gijón and Oviedo, as well as in the Administrative Division of Asturias’ Superior Court of Justice. He then joined Ramón Hermosilla & Gutiérrez de la Roza in 2011 as Partner-Director of Oviedo’s office. His long experience in the Judicial Career allows us to consider him as a procedural, civil and commercial law specialist. Professor of the School of Legal Practice of Asturias, he has collaborated with Oviedo’s University Law School and given several conferences about procedural and civil law issues.
