Javier de Andrés Martínez is the joint partner in charge of the Civil Procedure Law Department at Ramón Hermosilla & Gutiérrez de la Roza. As a specialist in Civil Procedure Law he has directed many proceedings, both before the courts and in arbitration channels, in Spain and abroad, on behalf of relevant personalities and national/international companies, carrying out a long career as a forensic expert before Courts and Tribunals. Furthermore, he has participated in many courses related to Procedural Law. He currently teaches a practical course in civil procedure law as part of the Masters in Company Law offered by Universidad de Alcalá de Henares and at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas –ICADE (Madrid). He completed a Degree in Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid (C.E.U.) in 1992.
