Javier Aurelio Rodríguez Pérez obtained a Degree in Law from Universidad de Oviedo (1999) and a Masters in Financial and Tax Law from Centro Superior de Estudios Fiscales de Asturias. At present, he is partner at Despacho Ramón Hermosilla & Gutiérrez de la Roza, a firm he joined in August 1999. He specialises in Employment and Social Security Law and has participated in many business restructuring operations. Apart from his legal practice he often teaches at Escuela de Negocios de Asturias.
