Eutimio Martínez Suárez is Partner of the Firm and obtained a Degree in Law from Universidad de Oviedo (1986). He joined Ramón Hermosilla y Gutiérrez de la Roza in 2000, after working as internal legal counsel for a leading Spanish business group in the metal & steel and industrial engineering sector. His professional activity is mainly focused on bankruptcy law, negotiations in collective dismissal proceedings, business reorganisation and restructuring in insolvency cases.

He currently teaches as part of the post-graduate course on bankruptcy receivership offered by Universidad de Oviedo.
