Enrique López de Ceballos Reyna holds a Law degree from Universidad Complutense (Madrid) and a Master in Tax Law from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (Financial Studies Center). He joined Ramón Hermosilla & Gutiérrez de la Roza in 2011 after working as Counsel for Allen & Overy, Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira, and Garrigues. His expertise covers both national and international counselling on mergers & acquisitions, debt restructuring, renewable energy and venture capital operations, as well as counselling in corporate tax to family business, High Net Worth Individuals,financial institutions, and important private banking clients. He has collaborated as an author in a wide number of publications like “The Annual Tax Yearbook for Lawyers” (“Anuario Fiscal para Abogados”) on the years 2009 and 2011. Since 2001 he combines practising Law with teaching business restructuring taxation, tax auditing and national and international tax planning at Centro de Estudios Financieros.
