Carmen Fernández Vadillo obtained a Degree in Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (1996). She joined Bufete Ramón Hermosilla y Cía Abogados, S.C. in 1996, where she has provided legal advice of various kinds to different companies and national/international banks, in relation to corporate law, contracts and securities markets, including contentious proceedings both in court and in national and international arbitration channels. Her experience and practice as a lawyer focus on Civil, Commercial and Civil Procedure Law.
