With a Degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Masters in Economic and Competition Law from the University of Louvain, Mr. Ramón Hermosilla Gimeno began his professional career as a lawyer in Despacho Melchor de las Heras (currently Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo) and completed his professional experience in New York at Davis Polk & Wardwell, before joining the Firm in 1992.

A renowned lawyer, Mr. Ramón Hermosilla Gimeno’s professional activity covers litigation and arbitration, M&A, securities markets and finance, amongst others. He currently holds the post of Secretary and/or Legal Counsel on several Boards of Directors of companies listed in various sectors.
