
The Firms hires junior lawyers holding a Degree in Law with excellent academic qualifications, clearly interested in a professional career as a practising lawyer and offering English, at least, as a foreign language. Furthermore, particular interest will be paid to any university degree completed with a Masters in a renowned school and/or a training period to sit important state exams.
The selection process basically takes place between June and July, in order for the Firm to execute new contracts in September.
The selection process consists of a series of interviews aimed at finding out more about the candidates, their value as human beings and degree of legal training. Part of the interviews are conducted in English.
All candidates must send a letter of presentation to the HR Department, including their c.v., a certificate of their academic qualifications and any other documents that evidence their post-graduate education or languages.
