For the third consecutive year, both Despacho Ramón Hermosilla & Gutiérrez de la Roza and Instituto de Empresa will issue a call for the “José María Cervelló” Award.

This will be a special edition, given that this year the Award is being called in the absence of its founder, Mr. José María Cervelló, who passed away in August 2008.

On this occasion, the subject matter of any works presented for the award will refer to bankruptcy: “Los administradores de hecho y el concurso de acreedores”, [“De facto” receivers and creditors’ proceedings”]. The object of the award will therefore be fulfilled, i.e. to encourage research in current legal/business issues.

All works must be presented before 22 May 2009.
